A Lainston House Wedding in Hampshire

It was exactly a year ago to the day when we were contacted by Tanja & Gaudenz to ask if we were available to photograph their wedding at Lainstone House in Hampshire. We were all absolutely delighted when the date was still free and so began this beautiful wedding adventure!

I remember speaking with Tanja on the phone as she described the day they had planned, and over the coming months we had little updates and snippets of the days activities.

The wedding was held at the beautiful Lainston House in Sparsholt Winchester. The couple had booked exclusive use of this beautiful luxury hotel with its 17th century Mansion for their guests to enjoy.

The day was a wonderful celebration with the wedding taking place on the lawn.
During the ceremony, with gasps of delight from the wedding guests, the rings were delivered by Eric the resident Owl who silently swooped in with his precious delivery!  No pressure there then Eric! But in true form he delivered them right into the hand of the waiting best man.

After a beautiful Ceremony, drinks and afternoon tea were held on the Avenue lawn and, together with our open location fun booth, we had a fun packed afternoon until it was time to change for the evening reception.
