Parley Manor Wedding

This was our first time shooting at Parley Manor. We had met Rebecca & Simon on a couple of occasions, the last being their love shoot so we knew them really well.

Our first stop was to meet up with Rebecca and her family and bridesmaids for the bridal prep images at the Captains Club Hotel in Christchurch.  Then it was a race across town to Canford Magna Church for the ceremony.  After a beautiful ceremony we arranged some family group images then we sped of to Parley Manor just ahead of the car, to capture the couple arriving from the church.

As soon as they arrived at Parley Manor they were met by their guests in the beautiful gardens were refreshments were served on the lawn. The couple had asked for a large group photo and Zara (Parley Manor’s wedding coordinator) allowed us onto the roof to get the shots you see in the movie.  I have to say that Zara was extremely helpful & well organised so the day ran very smoothly.

The Wedding breakfast was held in the Marquee in the second walled garden which has immaculate lawns and beautifully presented flower borders. The food was created and served by Merlins catering. We have worked along side merlins before and the food was beautifuly created and served. Hannah, from Merlins the caterers, was on site for the whole event and her attention to detail was very apparent so another recommendation from us!

After the speeches and a fantastic Rap from the bridesmaids, there was an hour free for lawn games and time for us to create more of Rebecca and Simon’s story book images. The evening ended with a disco, fun booth, hog roast and a casino!
